Reminder from my earlier post on the schedule for the remainder of my semi-hiatus: (Please note that this applies to all shopping services, including the Taiwan-based and Japan-based services. The following will be my schedule for handling orders and shipment instructions, subject to changes.) The following dates are all in Singapore time. (GMT +8) The schedule is different for different customers: a) Businesses (Customers who purchase stock for their businesses/shops) 1 December to 7 December: I will process orders and shipment instructions that were placed during the blackout period. For new orders placed during this period, depending on how much backlog I have, I may take around 5 working days to get back to you. b) All other customers 1 December to 7 December: I will process orders and shipment instructions that were placed during the blackout period. For new orders placed during this period, depending on how much backlog I have, I may take around 7 working days to get back to you. Rare items / urgent preorder As usual, I will give special priority for rare items going out of stock or preorders that are ending soon. You may send me a separate email about it with "Urgent" in the subject or first line of the email. I will process it first. Thank you for your patience! |
