It's that hectic festive season again when everything slows down because sellers and service providers are on holiday to go back home for their annual reunion, which is usually a huge family affair.
Please expect overall slower response and operations time for the whole month of February. For my Taiwan shopping service, no orders can be processed from 30 January to 6 February because my proxy is on holiday. You can submit your orders, but purchasing cannot be done. From 15 to 20 February, the postal services are closed. For my Taobao shopping service, shipping services will gradually cease from 9 February, and will be available again from 22 February. From 14 February to 21 February, order will not be processed. You can submit your orders, but purchasing cannot be done. I will update this post again when I have more concrete information about specific closures for my Japanese shopping service. Happy New Year everyone! I really appreciated all the well wishes with regards to my illness and delayed response time.
I had a glance at my archives and was surprised to realise that I've actually been running my shopping service for 5 years! There have been times when I wanted to just throw in the towel, but your kindness, empathy and trust in me have encouraged me to keep going. My health issues are better now, but my full-time job, and attempts to enrich my life with daily exercise, sufficient sleep, new skills and social activity make it challenging for me to devote time towards my shopping service. I am doing my best to be more efficient, organised and productive in all aspects of my life, so hopefully this will eventually mean that I'm better at managing time and juggling my shopping service on top with other commitments. I'll work on addressing emails within 2 working days as before, and if it's a more complicated issue, or I happen to be really busy and need more time, I'll reply to let you know. Thank you! |
