Hey there! I'm Angie, an avid online shopper with years of experience shopping for myself, my friends and customers from all over the world. Most people use my service to purchase items related to Lolita fashion, Ladies fashion, Ball-jointed dolls, Doujinshi, Cosplay and Anime, but I can help you buy just about anything from China (Taobao), Japan and Taiwan!
Apologies for the downtime earlier! My webhost has started going offline again, so I'm back to Weebly for it's stability. Hence the website has a different layout now.
We're currently in the midst of the Chinese New Year holidays and most businesses and services in China and Taiwan will only reopen from 1 Feb. In the meantime, you may still send your orders to me!

I've expanded my Japanese online shopping service recently to include more shops. The most recent addition is Meikido!
To recap, here is the full list of shops that I can definitely order from: Toranoana CQueen Suruga-ya Book-Off Amazon Japan Melonbooks Animate Meikido Happy shopping! I'm doing a pick-up service for CWT41. The deadline of order submission is 8 December, and payment deadline is 9 December, Singapore time.
Apologies for the late notice! Please find all relevant information for event pick-up here. My contact in Taiwan is on hiatus from 1 September to 14 September. No orders or shipping requests may be placed for Taiwan (includes Ruten, direct mail order, Lazyyy.com and all other Taiwan websites) during this period. Also expect a backlog and slower replies in the week after 14 September.
Statuses of orders in progress (e.g. whether they have reached) can only be known after she comes back. Apologies for the inconvenience! All services are back to normal, thanks for your patience and understanding!
However, I am still down with the flu and trying to get lots of rest to recover as soon as possible, so there still might be some slight delays in replies, especially for large orders. Sorry! Please take note of 2 upcoming periods that will pose disruptions to my shopping service. China's National Day: It falls on 1 October. Generally, in the week before 1 October and a week from 1 October, many sellers will be away for holidays, and couriers and other related services will not be working. In some extreme cases, sellers and factory staff will go for holiday as early as mid September (they need time to get back to their home town) and resume work only from mid-October. For made-to-order items, expect production periods to be delayed. Example, an item with a waiting time of 1 month may have its waiting time extended to 2 months or more. Cosplayers and Lolitas who need to purchase such items and have them by October / November are strongly encouraged to start placing your orders from now to avoid the National Day holiday crunch. I am on semi-hiatus from 7 November to 7 December. Please find the details here: http://www.celestial-delinquent.com/home/hiatus-from-10-november-to-7-december-2014 I'm back from my hiatus but I fell sick with the flu, so I sincerely apologise that I'm not able to reply to emails in a timely moment! I will do it as soon as I can, so please be patient, I'll try not to let anyone wait longer than 5 days.
Sorry for the inconvenience! Revised on 23 June 2014 in response to feedback.
I am going for vacation and will have limited access to internet as well as less time to check my emails. Please note that this applies to all shopping services, including the Taiwan-based and Japan-based services. The following will be my schedule for handling orders and shipment instructions, subject to changes. The following dates are all in Singapore time. (GMT +8) Blackout Period applying to all customers - 12 November to 30 November No processing of any sort of orders or shipments. You can send in your orders / requests but I'll not be able to address them until I'm back. The schedule is different for different customers: a) Businesses (Customers who purchase stock for their businesses/shops) 7 November to 11 November: I will continue to process your new orders and shipment instructions. To ensure that items can be purchased, or shipments can be shipped out before my blackout period, please have payment made by 9 November. Any orders / shipment requests placed after 9 November will have to be processed after the blackout period. 12 November to 30 November: Blackout period. No processing of orders or shipments. No replying of emails. 1 December to 7 December: I will process orders and shipment instructions that were placed during the blackout period. For new orders placed during this period, depending on how much backlog I have, I may take around 5 working days to get back to you. b) All other customers 3 November to 11 November: I will continue to process your new orders and shipment instructions. New orders are restricted to small orders (less than 5 items). Large orders will have to be processed when I come back on 1 December. For new orders placed during this period, depending on how much backlog I have, I may take around 7 working days to get back to you. However, where ever possible, all customers should have your orders arranged for shipping much earlier than 7 November, or after 30 November, because while I'm on vacation, I am not able to monitor the status of your shipment, and I can't respond to emails if there is any problem with your parcel. The same applies to new orders. Sometimes, sellers will report items being out of stock a few days after the order is placed. I will not be able to notify you and amend your order while I'm on hiatus. Ideally, it would be best to submit new orders and shipping instructions before November. Rare items / urgent preorder As usual, I will give special priority for rare items going out of stock or preorders that I ending soon. You may send me a separate email about it with "Urgent" in the subject or first line of the email. I will process it first. But please note that I cannot process such orders during the blackout period. Thank you, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused! The following applies to the International Taobao Shopping Service:
In light of recent increase in security and inspection over incoming and outgoing parcels due to the Shanghai Asia summit, certain sensitive items that used to be possible to ship out by EMS, airmail and SAL are now completely prohibited from shipping using these methods until further notice. These sensitive items include those containing liquids, powder, batteries, medicines and any other items prohibited for shipping by law. If you must ship any such items, you'll have to ship it via a special express shipping route, which costs more than EMS. For an idea, shipping to the USA costs 49 SGD for the first 500g, followed by 14 SGD for every subsequent 500g. For rates for other countries, you may leave a comment or email me to ask. Branded items or replica items (of mainstream brands) can still be shipped by EMS, Airmail and SAL. In case you ask, it is not possible to not declare any of these items or attempt to hide them, for the following reasons: 1) If detected, your whole package can be confiscated or delayed indefinitely for further inspection. 2) If traced back to the forwarder, the forwarder can get into legal trouble. Believe me, if the forwarder could ship those items, they wouldn't say "no" to money. But obviously they have good reason and judgment to reject shipping these items and I do not wish to challenge their professional know-how at the expense of your parcel. Due to the recent Shanghai Asia summit, security has been ramped up for all shipping channels. Inspection of parcels will become more strict and frequent. This security step-up is estimated to last until around end of June (subject to delays).
This may lead to slight increase in shipping time because items are being held up at customs. If your package contains sensitive items e.g. liquid, powder, electronic products, items with batteries, items resembling weapons (includes cosplay props), it may be held up for further inspection and even confiscation. This applies even to channels usually recommended for shipping sensitive items such as ems and SAL. If you have purchased "sensitive" items, the best option is to wait it out until after end of June to ship your items. If you wish to proceed with shipping, we can process it, but please understand that the risk of delay and confiscation is much higher than usual, and if your package is indeed confiscated, we can't do anything about it. I have a major event in early August so things will slow down because I have to prioritise that over my shopping service. Please note that this applies to all shopping services, including the Taiwan-based and Japan-based services.
Blackout Period applying to all customers - 28 July to 4 August (No processing of new orders or shipments.) The schedule is different for different customers: a) Businesses (Customers who purchase stock for their businesses/shops) 1 July to 27 July: I will continue to process your new orders and shipment requests within 3 working days. 28 July to 4 August: there will be no processing of orders or shipments. If you need your purchase to be shipped before 28 July, payment must be made by 26 July. b) All other customers 1 July to 20 July: I will continue to process your new orders and shipment requests. However, it may take me up to 1 week to get back to you. This is especially so when you're placing a new order. Shipments will take less time to process. 21 July to 4 August: There will be no processing of new orders or shipments. If you need your purchase to be shipped before 21 July, payment must be made by 19 July. I may decline large orders, depending on how busy I am. Large orders means having more than 10 items. If you have a large order, please try to submit it by June. Rare items / urgent preorder Any time if you have an urgent preorder / urgent item going out of stock, you may send me a separate email about it with "Urgent" in the subject or first line of the email. I will try my best to process it first. All orders must be submitted via the order forms on my website or they will be ignored. If you have questions, please carefully read my website first. So far I have yet to come across a question that was not already answered on my website. I seek your understanding to help me tide over my hectic schedule without compromising the quality of my service, and sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused! |
