Hey there! I'm Angie, an avid online shopper with years of experience shopping for myself, my friends and customers from all over the world. Most people use my service to purchase items related to Lolita fashion, Ladies fashion, Ball-jointed dolls, Doujinshi, Cosplay and Anime, but I can help you buy just about anything from China (Taobao), Japan and Taiwan!
Sorry but I'm dealing with a heavy workload again (seems like a lot of people were trying to get their orders in by 1 November >___<). I'll be prioritising business customers, paid orders and shipping arrangements first. I may need about another week to clear out the rest of the new orders and queries.
Please be reminded that I'm no longer accepting orders from new customers from 1 November. Sorry!

I apologize for constantly changing my hiatus schedule. I have been trying my best to keep it as short as possible to avoid disrupting everyone's shopping schedules but I realise it's quite impossible as my big events draw near, so here is my updated one. It should be the finalised version now ^^; Please note that this applies to all shopping services, including the Taiwan-based and Japan-based services.
Blackout Period applying to all customers - 23 December to 8 January (No orders or processing of shipments) The schedule is different for different customers: a) Businesses (Returning customers who purchase stock for their businesses/shops) Not accepting any new orders from 15 Dec 2013 to 8 Jan 2014 Please note that throughout the month of December, while I may still process orders from you, my responses may be sporadic and I will not be able to process your orders with my usual efficiency. b) Returning customers (Customers who have used my shopping service previously) Not accepting any new orders from 15 Nov 2013 to 15 Jan 2014, if you do not already have an open orders before 15 Nov. No orders with absolute deadlines will be accepted as I cannot promise to monitor their progress given my busy schedule. c) Current customers (Customers with open orders i.e. items in process of being purchased, shipments awaiting shipping) You may continue to add on to your open orders until 30 Nov 2013. From 1 Dec 2013 to 15 Jan 2014, no more new orders may be added. No orders with absolute deadlines will be accepted as I cannot promise to monitor their progress given my busy schedule. d) New customers (Customers who have never used my shopping service previously) Not accepting any new orders from 1 Nov 2013 to 15 Jan 2014. e) CWT35 Customers (Only for returning customers) Due to the exclusive nature of products at this event, I will continue to provide the service for it although it's in December. Depending on how fast my CWT agent processes the results, you may only be able to have your purchases shipped after the blackout period (see below). I will not make a new announcement, just drop me an email by 1 Dec if you want to place your order for CWT35. You may continue to leave your purchases in the warehouse if you want to add more items after I resume business as usual. Processing of shipments can be done as per normal whenever you wish to ship them. However, there is a blackout period whereby I'm overseas and will not be able to handle any shopping service matters whatsoever: Blackout Period applying to all customers - 23 December to 8 January (No orders or processing of shipments) In the meantime, during the periods when I'm not accepting any orders from you, if you come across any rare item that you absolutely need my service for, you are still welcome to contact me, but I may not be able to process it with my usual efficiency. I seek your understanding to help me tide over my hectic end-of-year schedule without compromising the quality of my service, and sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused! I sincerely apologise but I'm barely done with clearing my workload yesterday and I'm swamped with a new wave of orders.
Please wait patiently while I deal with all the paid orders and shipments. If your order is urgent, please find another shopping service to avoid delaying your order. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. Outdated post. Refer to the latest schedule here: http://www.celestial-delinquent.com/1/post/2013/10/semi-hiatus-notice-from-1-nov-2013-15-jan-2014.html
In December, I have an important large-scale event that I'm co-organising, and from late December to early January, I'm going to Japan for vacation. Here is how my shopping service will be affected: 1) 1 December 2013 to 19 January 2014 No new orders accepted, with the exceptions of those mentioned in point 2. 2) 1 December 2013 to 22 December 2013 I will continue to make shipping arrangements. If you want to be able to receive your shipment before I go on hiatus from 23 Dec, you should place your order such that it will reach the warehouse before 22 December. I will continue to accept and process new orders from businesses/sellers and for rare items (i.e. items going out of stock and you know they will not be replenished, such as new releases from popular lolita stores, 2nd-hand doujinshi and the likes). Please note that my efficiency will slow down greatly during this period due to my personal committments. 3) 23 December to 6 January 2014 Complete hiatus. I am overseas and I cannot process any new orders/shipments. 4) 7 January 2014 to 19 January 2014 I will process shipments that were not shipped out before 22 December. I will continue to accept and process new orders from businesses/sellers and for rare items (i.e. items going out of stock and you know they will not be replenished, such as new releases from popular lolita stores, 2nd-hand doujinshi and the likes). During the above period, I will have my vacation auto-responder on, and I apologise in advance if you keep receiving it during our email exchanges. 5) All services should resume by 20 January. I will probably still be able to take orders for CWT35, but deadline for closure and payment will be early, and you will most likely only be able to have your purchases shipped from 7 January. Sorry for any inconvenience caused, and please place your orders early if you need them for Christmas. Due to high workload, I will stop accepting new orders until 3 October so that I can concentrate on processing the existing ones.
I will however continue to accept and process orders for: Businesses/Sellers Customers who already have open orders with me (you may continue to add on items). Those whom I've responded to but have yet to confirm your order. Apologies for any inconvenience caused! If you submit your order throughout this period, I will most likely not respond, but i will try to get back to you from 3 October and check if you still wish to go ahead with it before processing it. To avoid confusion however, you're strongly advised to send in your new order from 3 October in case I forget to get back to you about it. Thanks! I'm mostly referring to cosplay costumes and lolita dresses here.
Due to the upcoming China National Day holidays which may cause some unpredictable delays as explained in this post, and the fact that cosplay and lolita clothing do take a considerable amount of time to be made (the holidays will no doubt extend the waiting lists), I cannot guarantee that you will receive your items by your desired deadline. As I'm currently still coping with a huge workload, I do not have the time and energy to chase the sellers to make sure they do finish your order in time. Sorry! For those who've already placed your orders with me which I've acknowledged, I will go ahead and process it as usual. That said, I will still accept orders containing made-to-order items, as long as it is not a must for you to meet a nearing deadline. I'm experiencing a high volume of orders at the moment, so expect me to take about 3 to 5 days to respond to new orders. As always, shipping out of completed orders and new orders with attached order forms will be prioritised. Apologies for any inconvenience caused!
I would also like to remind you about the upcoming China National Day holidays which will cause orders to be delayed. Please read about it here if you have not done so, thanks! I've published 2 new guides on my website. A size guide, and a guide about meeting deadlines for made-to-order items (cosplay and lolita stuff). Hope you'll find them useful!
They were... gone with the waves. I only had time to grab 2 OPs in the same design and size.
There was a bit of drama with the JSK... apparently the customer service person accidentally listed it before 9.45 pm, which was the release time that was stated, so some people managed to get theirs early if they weren't busy battling for the OP. More pieces were relisted to make up for the shortfall at 9.45 pm, but they were still wiped out. I only made it as far as the shopping cart. *sigh* Don't despair though, Krad Lanrete announced on their weibo that they will re-release this series next Spring without all the crazy limitations so if you didn't manage to get it this time, you can just wait until next year. ETA: Am a derp and bought an extra Navy Blue Long OP in S size by mistake. Any takers? It's priced according to my shopping service fees rate. Downpayment is 75 SGD. http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=20075482160 ETA2: Nevermind, it's taken. I've finally decided to make the shift to weebly because it's more stable. I've very quickly copied it over manually this weekend, so excuse the irrelevant layout ^^; If any of the links or pages are not acting right, please don't hesitate to let me know! Otherwise, I think the new navigation looks a bit more organised now, so hope you guys like it! My past Taobao item recommendation posts are not copied over because it will take too much time, but you can view them on my Tumblr.
New upcoming break: From late September to early October, most of China will be in a holiday mood. Based on past year's experience, many businesses, couriers, factory workers etc may wind up as early as mid-late September as they need time to travel home due to serious congestion on the various public transport systems. Officially, the holidays last perhaps about one week from 1 October, but some people take the opportunity to extend their holiday. Many business owners on Taobao do go back to work quickly, but while they can accept orders, they may not be able to despatch orders quickly because of the couriers and factories being closed for business. Even when all these people come back to work, they will be dealing with a huge backlog, so do expect continued delays for perhaps up to mid-October. Shipping-wise, Registered air large packet may also become temporarily unavailable or have more restrictions posed on them to ease the post office's load. More specific details will be available later. I can continue to process your orders, but please understand that from mid-September to mid-October, you will possibly experience delays in receiving your purchases. If you have orders that you require by October, please place them as soon as possible. Please understand that Made-to-order items (cosplay costumes, props, lolita clothes etc) may only be ready only after the holidays. The warehouse I work with will also go on holiday, during which it may not be possible to place orders at all (due to lack of personnel to receive and inventory tems). I will announce the exact dates nearer to the holidays. |
